These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, training services, inspection services, online materials, and any related offerings. By accessing or using this website, submitting information, enrolling in our programs, or communicating with us electronically or via SMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. Paradise Crane Consultants LLC is a crane training, inspection, and consulting firm operating in New Mexico. All services, including in-person training, online resources, consulting engagements, and inspection services, are provided under this entity. Any guarantees or commitments related to specific services are governed exclusively by the written agreements executed prior to project or training commencement.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit inquiries, register for services, opt in to SMS communications, or make purchases. By using this site or our services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

If you are under 18 years of age, you are prohibited from using this site or any of its services. Paradise Crane Consultants LLC reserves the right to request proof of age and to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel SMS subscriptions if we have reason to believe a user is under the age of 18.

3. Use of Website

Our website and all content on it — including text, images, training descriptions, schedules, and materials — are provided for informational purposes. You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not:

We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in unsafe, disruptive, or noncompliant behavior without refund.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are provided at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated in your Training Services Agreement or Inspection Services Agreement:

• Payment is due by the date listed on the invoice
• Certificates and training cards may be withheld until payment is received in full
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Returned or failed payments may result in additional charges

We reserve the right to refuse service for unpaid or overdue accounts.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling policies vary by type of service. Unless otherwise stated in your Training Services Agreement or Inspection Services Agreement:

• Cancellations made within the allowed window may be refunded or credited
• Late cancellations may result in forfeited fees
• No-shows are non-refundable
• We may cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, weather, emergencies, or instructor availability

If we cancel a class or inspection, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Certificates, Cards, and Training Records

Certificates, cards, and training records are issued only when:

• All required coursework is completed
• All required written and practical exams are passed
• Identity is verified
• All fees are paid in full

We do not guarantee that any participant will pass written or practical exams.

8. Safety and Assumption of Risk

Training involving cranes, rigging, heavy equipment, or industrial environments carries inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

We are not responsible for injuries resulting from:

• Participant negligence
• Failure to follow instructions
• Preexisting medical conditions
• Unsafe behavior

Participants may be removed from training immediately for safety violations. Training provided by Paradise Crane Consultants does not replace employer-required qualification, evaluation, or ongoing supervision under OSHA, NCCCO, or other applicable regulatory standards.

9. Safety and Assumption of Risk

When training occurs at our facility or a designated training location, participants must comply with all facility rules, including:

• Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Staying within designated training areas
• Not operating equipment without explicit authorization from an instructor
• Not recording video or taking photographs without prior written permission

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and code — as well as all course materials, manuals, presentations, and digital content provided by us, are the property of Paradise Crane Consultants LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may view, download, and print materials solely for personal or internal business use directly related to your participation in our services. Materials are provided solely for personal training and reference. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or modification, is prohibited without prior written consent.
